a little bit about me
After graduating with an Art History Degree from Warwick, I went on to study Paper Conservation at Camberwell School of Art and Crafts. I began working life as the Egyptian Papyrus Conservator at the British Museum. Later I moved into the main stream Civil Service as part of the Communications profession, retraining as a print production manager. Over the years I've led press, public affairs, PR and publishing teams in Government, Financial and Professional services organisations.
Art has always been a passion. In my own time, I did a foundation course at Leeds College of Art in 2010/11, where I learned about surface pattern design, and I've been painting in my spare time ever since.
The luck in my daily existence is to have a great view from my front windows and constant inspiration from surrounding countryside and wildlife. I love painting and hope I can share some of this passion and bring some pleasure through my social media and the artworks I produce.
