Giclee prints

All my images are available as open or limited edition giclee prints. Made from my original artwork, giclee prints are very high quality fine art reproductions produced on paper or other media that is similar if not the same as the original. Giclee prints refer to a print-making method that involves digital printing via inkjet printers. The term 'giclee' is derived from the French for 'spray'. It was coined by printmaker Jacque Duganne to represent an ink-jet based digital print used as fine art. To qualify for the title of 'fine art giclee print' it must be printed on archival quality coated paper and printed with archival inks, which are UV stable. The Fine Art Trade Guild has set minimum standards for the production of giclee prints and their archival properties are significantly higher than traditional litho or silkscreen prints.
